CARB Circular Roller Bearing

Description

The supply range of IMCB standard CARB ring roller bearings matches that of spherical roller bearings. The supply scope also includes bearings with low cross-sectional height to meet the minimum radial space requirements. Standard products include:
Basic design bearings with cylindrical or conical holes
Taper: 1:12 (model suffix K)
Taper: 1:30 (model suffix K30)
sealed bearing
If you need dimensions and types not listed in the product table, please contact IMCB.
Basic bearing design
According to different series and sizes, the following open CARB ring roller bearings can be provided as standard products:
Bearing with roller guide cage
Bearing with inner ring guide cage
Full load bearing with stop ring
The load-bearing capacity of fully loaded CARB bearings is significantly improved compared to bearings of the same size with retainers.
sealed bearing
The standard product consists of small and medium-sized fully loaded bearings with cylindrical bore inner rings
Usually used for low-speed and heavy-duty situations
Suitable for inner or outer ring rotation
One or both sides of the groove installed in the outer ring, with a double lip contact seal, tightly sealed on the raceway of the inner ring.
Provide two different designs and materials:
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber with built-in steel frame (model suffix CS5)

Nitrile rubber with built-in steel frame (model suffix NS),

with enhanced sealing effect, used for oscillating motion at very low speeds in highly polluted environments
The bearings sealed on both sides are lubricated for life and almost maintenance free. They are filled with one of the following lubricating greases:
Bearings with hydrogenated nitrile rubber seals → Standard IMCB LGHB 2 grease
Bearings with nitrile rubber seal → Standard IMCB LGEP 2 grease
Other IMCB lubricating grease can be provided as needed
For more information about lubricants, please refer to selecting the appropriate IMCB lubricant.
Holder
Non full roller CARB bearings are equipped with one of the following retainers:
Fiberglass reinforced PA46 cage, window type, roller guide (model suffix TN9)
Stamped steel cage, window type, roller guide (without model suffix)
Machine cut brass cage, window type, roller guide (model suffix M)
Machine cut brass holder, inner ring guide (model suffix MB)
When used at high temperatures, some lubricants may have adverse effects on nylon retainers. For additional information on the applicability of the cage, please refer to the cage.
