Double row deep groove ball bearings
are very suitable for use in bearing configurations where the load-bearing capacity of single row deep groove ball bearings is insufficient. For double row deep groove ball bearings with the same outer and inner diameters as single row deep groove ball bearings, their width is larger and their load-bearing capacity is much higher than that of the 62 and 63 series single row deep groove ball bearings.
There is only one design for double row deep groove ball bearings: open type (without sealing or dust cover).
