IMCB not only provides inner rings for needle roller bearings, but also offers needle rollers as separate needle roller bearing components.
In applications where the shaft cannot be hardened and ground, the inner ring is usually combined with needle rollers and cage components or used with stamped outer ring needle roller bearings.
Needle rollers can be used in full roller bearing configurations for low-speed or oscillating applications. If the shaft and bearing seat holes can be used as raceways, then compared to bearings with retainers, this compact bearing configuration has higher load-bearing capacity and is more cost-effective (raceways on the shaft and inside the bearing seat).
