Description
The single row deep groove ball bearing with a ball loading notch has a ball loading notch on both the inner and outer rings
, which is used to load more steel balls than standard deep groove ball bearings.
The radial bearing capacity of bearings with ball mounting notches is greater than that of bearings without ball mounting notches, but their axial bearing capacity is limited. It cannot achieve the same high speed as bearings without ball mounting notches.
There are two designs for deep groove ball bearings with ball loading notches: open or with dust covers on one or both sides. In addition, the bearing can also have or not have a stop groove. The outer ring of the open bearing has a groove and can also be fitted with a dust cover
.
If needed, large-sized deep groove ball bearings with ball loading notches and without cages can be provided.
For bearing selection and technical details, please refer to the product table and set the screening criteria “design” to “single row, with missing balls”.
Bearing with dust cover
Details on the applicability of dust covers to various operating conditions are shown in Table 1. However, these guidelines cannot replace the testing of dust covers in practical applications. For more information, please refer to Embedded Sealing.
dust cover
Represented by the suffix Z of the model
Mainly used in the working condition of inner ring rotation
Installed in the outer ring and forming a narrow gap with the inner ring
Made of stamped steel
Can provide holes with or without flanging inside the dust cover
Bearings with stop grooves
Can simplify bearing configuration
Position the bearing axially in the bearing seat through the stop ring
Space saving
Significantly reduce installation time.
The product table provides suitable stop rings, their models, and sizes.
The following models are available
:
Open type bearings with only stop grooves (suffix N)
Open type bearings with stop rings (suffix NR)
A bearing with a stop ring on one side and a dust cover on the other side (suffix ZNR)
A bearing with a stop ring on one side and a dust cover (suffix ZNBR)
Bearings with dust covers on both sides and a stop ring on one side (suffix 2ZNR)
