Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings

Description

Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings can resist corrosion caused by moisture and other media. Provide closed (with sealed or dust cover) or open design. Open type bearings can also be equipped with seals or dust covers, and there are usually grooves on the inner ring side.
The load-bearing capacity of these bearings is lower than that of high chromium steel bearings of the same size.
For bearing selection and technical details, please refer to the product table and set the screening criteria “design” to “single row, stainless steel”.
closed bearing
Please refer to Table 1 for the selection guidelines of different sealing devices under various operating conditions. However, these guidelines cannot replace the testing of dust covers or seals in practical applications. For more information, please refer to the built-in seal.
Sealed installation in the outer ring groove, with good contact with the groove and without causing deformation of the outer ring. The sealing device includes:
dust cover
Represented by model suffix Z or ZS
Mainly used in the working condition of inner ring rotation
Installed in the outer ring and forming a narrow gap with the inner ring
Made of stainless steel
There are three different designs:
With the model suffix Z: the inner hole of the dust cover with (a) or without (b) flange or the inner hole flange of the dust cover will extend into the groove in the inner ring (c)
Fixed on the outer ring with a snap ring and extending into the groove (model suffix ZS, )
Provide as required: dust cover made of PTFE
non-contact seal
Represented by the model suffix RZ
Has better sealing effect than dust cover
Same operating speed as the dust cover
Create an extremely narrow gap with the shoulder of the inner ring
Made of nitrile rubber reinforced with strip steel skeleton (oil resistant and wear-resistant)
Contact seal
Represented by model suffix RS1, RS1/VP311 or RS2
The RS1 seal is made of nitrile rubber with a steel frame, and is installed in the groove on the inner ring shoulder or inner ring side .
Bearings with suffix VP311 are equipped with seals made of food compatible blue nitrile rubber.
The material has obtained certification from the US Food and Drug Administration. The approval from the US Food and Drug Administration is based on Title 21, Section 177.2600 of the Federal Regulations: “Reusable Rubber Articles” for use in contact with foods containing water or oil.
RS2 seal is similar to RS1 seal, but made of fluororubber with a steel frame.
